October 1 - Clean Out the Fridge

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Same as the other day, maple and cinnamon. Ate it and had my tea on the stoop in my robe because it was perfect October 1 weather (crisp, sunny). I'm still trying to eat up my batch of oatmeal I made at the beginning of the week.
Lunch: Cottage Cheese and Tomatoes

I used to eat cottage cheese all the time when I was little, then took a break for many years, but I had some when I was home for the summer and I like it again. I ate this one with tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Afterwards I was still hungry so I had 2 frozen chicken buns from Lotte.
Dinner: Assorted

Cleaned out the hummus and leftover smoked Gouda dip (all you do is grate smoked gouda, mix with mayo and a little bit of red onion) with celery and pita. Also olives and Korean mozzarella balls I bought frozen at Lotte. They were like, kind of chewy and sweet? Like maybe they used mochiko to make it or something. They also had a mozzarella and fish one that I didn't get because I was originally supposed to share these and I wasn't sure others would like that. But I'll get it next time because I bet it's good.
Dessert: Strawberries and Frosting

Janty made a tres leches cake to take to his friend and he left the frosting with me. I dipped strawberries in it.

How did I miss this post, everything looks so good!! I have not eaten yet today and now I am trapped on a plane so out of luck I guess. Maybe mom will bring a treat when she picks me up!
