Breakfast: Eggs and Quinoa

Still working through the quinoa I made for that baked salad. Today, reheated some, put 2 soft boiled eggs, a little extra chili crisp and black pepper.
Lunch: Waffle

Reheated a frozen homemade waffle. Topped with frozen fruit that I reheated. Blueberries, peach, strawberry. Really good blueberries. Plus powdered sugar. It looks like a ton of powdered sugar in the pic, but in real life it looked like a normal amount to me.
Dinner: Hoagie

Stopped at Primo Hoagies in Canton after running errands. I got the sulmona: Natural Casing Genoa Salami, Fresh Mozzarella topped with Pepper Shooters. Pretty good! I realized after I ordered I kind of wished I had gotten the Italian diablo: Hot Sopressata, Sharp Provolone, Hot Capicola, a spicy blend of spices. But actually maybe I don't regret my order. I am happy it came with pepper shooters.
And I ate a brownie. I want even more chocolate but I'm gonna just try to go to sleep bc we don't have any and it's already dark.
