Apple turnover

I went to Cafe Poupon for lunch the other day and ordered the smoked salmon baguette but they realized after I paid they were out of salmon so they gave me a turkey baguette and an apple turnover to make up the price difference. The sandwich was just fine but the turnover was so fun!

Chicken Noodle Soup

Janty made chicken noodle soup with whole spaghetti noodles and it looks so funny to me. Tastes good, though.

Tofu Katsu

I used this recipe (ingredients are in the comments) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8irAPcZcBvk. Doesn't take long at all and tastes really good! A little bit messy because of frying. I used this recipe for tonkatsu sauce: https://www.justonecookbook.com/tonkatsu-sauce-recipe/ that I put on the tofu and on the cabbage. Good meal. Maybe I'll get really into frying stuff.
