May 24 - I Tried the Tofu Recipe Again

I don't remember what I ate before dinner (fruits? that can't be the only thing but it's all I can think of) but here's dinner:

I used Bettina Makalintal's crispy fried tofu recipe again, but this time for the sauce I did kewpie, mushroom shoyu, chili crisp, mirin, mixed it all up and just put it on top of my tofu and broccoli. I still haven't done her actual glaze recipe. I'm sure it's delicious but I don't have any of the ingredients and I don't want to buy ketchup just for this. Also, I did half corn starch half tapioca starch. Anyway, I just wanted to blog so I could remember what I did for next time.
