Rice Cake with Yogurt

Plain rice cake, vanilla yogurt, defrosted frozen blueberries. Pretty good for a day when you don't really feel like breakfast.

https://thefoodietakesflight.com/shredded-tofu-bulgogi/ Used this recipe. Super easy, pretty fast, very yummy. My tofu wouldn't shred like hers does, but the crumbles were still tasty. With hot rice and cucumbers in shoyu, rice vinegar, sugar, green onion.

Blue Royal - Mac n Cheese and Salad

Good mac n cheese. Nicely cooked noodles.

Kale caesar salad with blackened salmon. I got a small and it looked kind of small in the bowl but I ended up taking it to go and it was soooo much salad!! The bowl was deep I guess.
Reese's Nutrageous

Got this at wawa on the way to Nina's wedding and it was so good. Real sweet, though.
Salad

Today I had a big plan to have a little salad and then a snack plate but this salad filled me up so good I had to wait a long time to eat my snacks. It's greens, green onion, mozzarella, tomatoes, cracked olive mix from Trader Joe's. The best part was at the end when it was mostly olives and green onions left to scoop up.
Snack Plate

All from Trader Joe's. Pimento cheese spread, pepperoni, bread. Pretty good. Mostly I wanted the pepperoni.
