Breakfast: Rice Cake

Multigrain rice cake, nutella, banana. Remember when we used to eat rice cakes all the time? I keep seeing them on insta so I bought some. Pretty good.
Lunch: Tuna & Salad

Salad is leftover from yesterday: arugula and spinach, thinly sliced cucumbers and radishes, furikake. Dressing is shoyu, rice vinegar, kewpie, sesame oil, maple syrup. Ate with tuna and cherries.

And a brownie for dessert. Janty made double thick.
Snack: Nashi

I peeled the skin off, which..I didn't do a very good job and I do think I lost a lot of the fruit this way, but it just tastes so good.
Dinner: Beyond Meat Sausage and Onion

All day long I was thinking about how after work I would go for a walk and stop at Walgreens for sour cream to make twice baked potatoes, but it started pouring and storming 15 min before I logged off so I settled for beyond meat sausage and a sauteed onion. Not bad not bad. I still want twice baked potatoes tomorrow and I got sour cream when there was a break in the rain, but idk what to eat with them for protein since I used up the sausage today...maybe I'll do a potato egg boat little something...
I also had another brownie and cool ranch doritos and a cheese stick sometime today



I’ll prob get some cheese sticks too. actually radishes. I really need to be less cheese focused and more fiber focused.
