Breakfast: Oatmeal with Blueberries

I still have the oatmeal I made last week so ate it with blueberries and a little maple syrup. I ate half this banana before swimming so I put the other half in the oatmeal. I mushed it around better after I took this pic. I prefer this combo with chia pudding but this is more filling for breakfast.
Lunch: Ramen

I started not feeling so good this morning so I made ramen to make me feel better. I put an egg and a big handful of spinach kale mix. Pretty good. Since it was the first Monday of the month I had a lot of meetings so I went camera-off to eat and make this during a big meeting so that I could take a little nap during the time I would have otherwise eaten lunch.
Dinner: Shrimp Stir Fry

After work I was feeling sad and still kind of sick so I ate journaled and then I ate 3 Sees chocolates and a handful of Starbursts and it is kind of alarming how immediately the candy made me feel better...hmm...anyway, after the candy worked its magic I felt motivated to make dinner so I thawed some shrimp and stir fried it with onion, garlic, bell peppers, and more spinach kale mix. I also chopped some blue oyster mushrooms from this grow-mushrooms kit I got Janty for Christmas. He does not like the texture of mushrooms for eating so I chopped them really small so he wouldn't notice them too much. I also put salt, oyster sauce, and a little sprinkle of sugar.
Bonus: Yesterday's Dinner

Yesterday Janty used some more of our mushroom harvest and made this creamy chicken broccoli mushroom rice. It was yummy. We have a little bit leftover but not enough for it to be both of our dinners so maybe I'll eat it for lunch tomorrow or something.
That's all. I will probably eat ice cream later I bet. Or maybe more chocolate.
