January 13, 2022 - Skillet, Mashed Potato Pizza

Breakfast: Oh Canada Skillet

Went to Chuck's Trading Post with Claire. Everything sounded so good but I got overwhelmed and ordered this. I don't regret it, it tasted good. Potatoes, eggs, Canadian bacon...I think there was cheese in the description but I don't super remember actually sensing it. Good breakfast! I will go back.

Dinner: JBGB

Started with salad. Between breakfast and dinner I was just grazing on candy so the vegetables tasted extra good.

Mashed potatoes pizza. It was on special. With beef demi-glace like gravy. It was sooo good. Just the thinnest layer of mashed potatoes. They know what they're doing over there.

Cranberry pavlova. There's cranberry lemon cream assorted good stuff underneath. I think pavlova is one of the funniest desserts that I love.

Poached pear. With creme anglaise, graham cracker crumbles, almonds...delicious. Yum yum yum.
