Jan. 6, 2023 - Oatmeal, Veggies, Mac n Cheese

Breakfast:

Oatmeal (1.5ish cups oat milk, 1.5ish cups water, 1 cup oats), kale and spinach mix and egg. Black pepper and EBB seasoning. I had a banana (1/2 before, 1/2 after swimming) so I wasn't hungry while this cooked. Delish, satisfying

Lunch: Veggies and Hummus

I had a jail visit so I brought some peppers and cucumber and that pine nut hummus. Ate it in the jail parking lot and some on the way home.

Dinner: Kraft Mac n Cheese

Some stuff I thought about while I was driving home that sounded so good: hamburger, mint chocolate chip milkshake, Wendy's chicken nuggets, dumplings, spaghetti with meat sauce. The annoying thing about this jail is that all the close-to-the-road food is in the first half of the drive when I wasn't really hungry and it was still light outside, so I didn't want to stop. By the time I got home I was pretty hungry so had this. It was good. Lately I always put broccoli in my kraft mac n cheese but I was feeling full of veggies from before so I didn't. Kind of fun.

Dessert:

A box arrived while I was gone and it was a box of Rattlesnake Ranch pecans from Aunty Linda! I had one of every flavor, but two of the middle ones. They were very filling!! The box smells so good like cinnamon. When the pecans are gone, I want to use it to keep jewelry in.
