February 9, 2022 - Salad AND Toast

For breakfast I had an apple with peanut butter. I eat that a lot because I often feel queasy in the morning and that doesn't make me feel sick. Today's was extra satisfying but idk why. I didn't take a pic.
Lunch: Salad and Toast

I couldn't decide between salad or toast so I had both. That is a normal thing to do but it felt like a stroke of pure genius. I wanted salad but wasn't in the mood to eat a big enough one to be a whole meal, and I also wanted to eat the smoked whitefish salad but didn't feel like eating it on salad. So I had a mini salad with just arugula&spinach mix, cucumber, tomatoes, salt, pepper, olive oil, with a side of toast with whitefish salad and crushed red pepper. A very satisfying meal.
Lunch Dessert: Blueberries and Cool Whip, Brown Sugar Latte

Working on eating both the blueberries and the cool whip before both things go bad. Accidentally put more cool whip than I meant to, but oh well.

Made this brown sugar latte. Delish. I love making myself a little iced latte and shaking it up in a mason jar.
Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo

Pretty quick and easy! I kind of tricked Janty into making the sauce, but I read the instructions and it seemed easy, at least. I did the pasta, shrimps, broccoli, and dishes. We accidentally didn't put salt and pepper in the sauce so that's why there's so much on top.
Now I really want a cookie so bad but I don't feel like making cookies right now. I ate a handful of chocolate chips and am hoping that tides me over but maybe Janty will decide he wants to make cookies...I can only hope.



I had a Starbucks pistachio latte today because I was treating myself to a matcha but they were out!!! Anyway it was pretty good and I’m so jealous of your chic espressos all the time. Should we get an espresso machine too?
