Breakfast: PBJ Toast, Toasted Sugar Latte

We've had some toasted sugar in the pantry for a while now because Janty made it when he was making deluxe hot cocoa mix and had leftovers. I put that, some leftover espresso I made yesterday, oat milk, shook it all up. Delish! I went to the gym with Claire this morning and got home just in time for a quick shower and to make breakfast before work. I was all warm from my shower/workout so a cold drink felt so nice.

This is the toast. Doesn't it look pretty? Crunchy peanut butter, grape jelly. I had an apple w homemade peanut butter before the workout. I like the homemade pb for apples because it is goopier/spreads out nicely (I almost always eat my apples cut into little pieces in a bowl so this is an important feature).
Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup

We've been working on this soup for a pretty long time now. I finished one of our tupperwares today, but I think we still have two more.
Dinner: Ekiben

I got the tofu brah bun. I always get that. Or sometimes I get the tofu brah bowl, actually. I like it because it tastes so fresh and has lots of veggies. It usually also makes me feel full without being too stuffed, but today I felt pretty stuffed. We also ordered a side of shrimps and they were so nice and had an interesting texture (crispy but like, thin batter...? I'm not sure how to describe it) but I was too full and could only eat one.

Also I got a yuzuade with dinner and it was so good. And I had pizza for afternoon snack. That's probably why I was so full for dinner, actually. I might have blueberries and cream for dessert but I haven't decided yet. I might just have to wait til tomorrow because I'm still pretty full. Oh well.
