I try to eat fruit and veg every day but some days it's really like, wow I sure did eat fruit and veg today. Today's one of those.
For breakfast before sewing class I had the other apple hand pie Claire brought yesterday. Sooo good but then after sewing I was really hungry (sewing is from 10-1 so I am always hungry after)
Lunch: Salad

Power greens mix, last of the tomatoes, mozzarella balls. I used the tomatoes just in the nick of time. Power greens because I couldn't find the arugula spinach mix packs at Harris Teeter. These are good, though.
Snack: Huge Apple

This is a huge Fuji apple. It was so big it took me a couple hours to eat it. Nice taste, though, and good crunch.
Appetizer: Soup

From yesterday's batch. Had this while dinner was cooking because I had been thinking about having a side salad but it felt like my digestive system would be exhausted trying to break that down. So soup instead, which is basically hot salad.
Dinner: Chicken and Sweet Potatoes

Bought a rotisserie chicken today and deboned it so we can keep it in the fridge ready to go. Ate with sweet potatoes that we have had for so long I was worried they might be growing stuff, but turns out they were fine. Chopped, baked in coconut oil with salt and cinnamon. Idk. I knew that wouldn't be a flavor combo I loved but I did it anyway. It's fine. I don't really like going sweet with my sweet potatoes.
Dessert: Cadbury Fruit and Nut

Janty was visiting a friend this weekend so he came home loaded with gifts. Perfect timing because I had been sitting around pondering what to eat for dessert. Went with some of the Cadbury fruit and nut bar.



Mom and dad have a container with what appears to be one mozzarella ball left in the fridge. Maybe I’ll go eat it as a snack
