Brain Food

I finally take the bar tomorrow! I do not love taking exams but I do love a reason to eat brain food. Here's what I ate today.
Breakfast: Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This was actually second breakfast. Janty made me it. I never use the blender because I don't know where we keep it and it's too loud. First breakfast was a lot of chocolate-covered pretzels that I ate while I was doing a practice test.
Lunch: Caprese+Arugula

Tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, salt, pepper, olive oil, on a bed of arugula because I need to use it up. Perfect lunch. I also traded a tomato&mozz piece with Janty for a sliver of his shrimp quesadilla (shrimp, cheddar, broccoli) which was sooo good but I'm glad I didn't have a whole one because it was so filling and I was still sort of full from all the choco pretzels.
Dinner: Furikake Salmon

You should always eat salmon before a test. Did salmon w mayo and furikake and sesame seeds in the oven at 400 for 10ish minutes, rice, brussels done on the stove since I didn't time it right to do them in the oven. I did a great job on this meal. I make salmon this way all the time but even for me, this was exceptional.
Now I really really want a cookie but we don't have any and idk if I want them enough to make them and have to do more dishes. I might have hot chocolate.



You are going to do so excellent Rosie!!! Love that you still took the time to do this post. Maybe I’ll make furikake salmon tonight too.
