Breakfast: Egg and Sausage

Egg, rice, sausage. Sausage is not from the neighbor's company, I asked.

Pre-Lunch: Dole Whip

We took Ellie to Dole Plantation and did the maze faster than she's ever done it before. And then Dole whip with crushed pineapple. Huge these cups are!! But I still ate pretty much all of it. Ellie too.

Lunch: Saimin

Saimin from Shimada (Mom says this is what the saimin place is called I can't find it online but it's in Wahiawa). Ate it as picnic at Wahiawa botanical gardens. I was still so full from Dole whip but it was delicious of course.

Dinner: Korean Style Fried Chicken

Mini local plate from Kauai Food Company. Korean-style fried chicken, mac salad, one scoop rice.

James got this platter from Ninja sushi. I only had one piece but it was so good and a little spicy (I had the kind on the bottom with the lumps on top). We've got leftovers heheheh

James and Emma brought over a bunch of little frozen mango & chamoi pops the other day so Mom took out the popsicle sticks and turned them into a blended drink. Yummy and not too sweet.
