Brunch: Many Greens

Here's a trick I learned about greens: if you have a lot that you need to eat but don't really feel like it or you don't feel like chewing a lot, just cook them in a pan for a little bit not so that they're all the way cooked but just so that they shrink a little and are less hard. Chloe Ting says this also helps with bloating. That's what I did today (cooked my greens, not bloating). Arugula, spinach, chickpeas, olive oil, salt
Lunch: Leftover enchiladas

These are not so great re-heated but I am almost done eating them.
Dinner: Huge Bowl of Frosted Flakes

All Janty's bowls were in the dishwasher so he served me frosted flakes in this giant measuring bowl. I think it was 1/2 qt. Then, as soon as I got so full, Janty was like, "ok what do you want to order for dinner?" eye roll eye roll am I right
Dinner 2: Mozzarella sticks

Janty ordered chicken alfredo but I was sooo full of frosted flakes so I got mozzarella sticks. A couple of hours passed between the cereal and eating these thank goodness. Now I want cookies or something else sweet (not frosted flakes).



You seem to have mozzarella sticks in semi regular rotation and I am envious of that and everything else you eat. I’m at mom and dads and we had pizza and lasagna and ice cream cones. it was all good too
