This week I ate all the same ingredients in different combinations. I guess I do that most weeks.
Pasta Salad with Cod

For pasta salad: noodles, red onion, some bell peppers, feta, salt, pepper, sauce is olive oil, juice from martini olives jar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. For cod I don't remember what recipe I used but it involved dipping in an olive oil lemon juice thing and then dipping in seasoned flour, zap it on stove in cast iron skillet, bake. It was just fine. The pasta was good, though.
Egg and Toast

I've been eating this huge loaf of bread all week. Also on Sunday I made anchovy butter, which is just butter with anchovies, thyme and rosemary. Or maybe I used sardines...? Some little fish. In this pic, I ate it with an egg.

Breakfast sampler

Bread with TJ almond cocoa spread, some pepper slices, an egg. The pepper slices are because I sliced peppers the night before on a phone call but didn't end up cooking them so I just had em ready to go.
Beans

I am trying to use some of the canned beans we have piling up in the pantry. Here, refried beans on tortilla, last bits of shredded cheese, peppers and onion I did quickly on stove. This would have been better if I had heated up the tortillas but I was not really in the mood to be doing a lot of work this week.
Same ingredients, but quesadilla

This tasted better than the last one.
Another thing I've been eating all week that I never took a pic of is romaine lettuce. I think a couple times I did lettuce, feta, cracked olives from TJ, maybe radishes or some other veg, and that same olive oil, lemon juice, olive juice mix I put on the pasta salad. Friday for lunch I finished off the pasta salad but ate it with a bunch of lettuce. Yesterday all I ate all day was cheese pizza and chips ahoys but in the evening I had a bowl of lettuce with dill yogurt dressing that I wished was ranch.
