Breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana

A timeless classic

Matcha Berry Latte

Seasonal special from ceremony: matcha, oatmilk, strawberry syrup, lemon. My treat for my last visit to the law school as a student

Lunch: Sandwich

Rosemary olive oil bread, tuna salad, tomato, arugula, dijon mustard. This bread is so good and would shine in a different kind of sandwich but I needed to eat my tuna salad.

Carrots with dill dip. I have so many carrots.

Lunch dessert 1: Apple

Isn't this a pretty funny apple shape? I cut it up into chunks like I like. I only ate a little of it today. It tasted like onion I think from the cutting board.

Dessert Lunch 2: Chia pudding

With raspberries, blackberries, and semi-sweet ghirardelli chocolate chips. I got so much ghirardelli stuff at harris teeter yesterday. This would've been better with milk chocolate chips or if I had melted the chocolate a little. These chocolate chips were a little too hard to go nicely with the chia pudding but flavors-wise it was delish.

Snack: Nutter Butter

I only had one of these but have you guys ever seen round nutter butters before? I don't think I have.

Dinner: Beige Assorted

Frozen flautas from Costco, pita bread, and Janty made hummus. When he does that, he peels the skin off of every chickpea. Can you believe it? And he always does this cute little design on top. It's his signature move. This was a good dinner but I am so full. Next time we should only eat 2 flautas each. Also I made lemon drops, which did you know is like. Just vodka and lemon juice and sugar aka so much vodka. I think next time I would either drink them out of martini glasses or add sprite.

I used to peel every individual chickpea too but then I learned you can soak the chickpeas first and then you still get very smooth hummus. not to hummus-splain to Janty but maybe if you are ever trying out your own. Cool design. I want to do a signature move too
