April 13 - Please Admire My Oatmeal

Breakfast: ChocoCoconut Oatmeal

First, I took some leftover oatmeal from last week and microwaved it with a little oat milk. Mom and Dad left me this chia/flax/coconut/cocoa mix before they moved so I put a little of that in. I've been trying to use it up but it doesn't really turn into chia pudding so now I'm exploring other options, like this. Then I put a little regular cocoa powder. Chopped up some almonds, which Mom and Dad had also left me. Put in some unsweetened coconut flakes, again from Mom and Dad. Then, poured on a little Hawaiian Sun coconut syrup (the one Mom sent in our Christmas boxes). Mixed it all together and ta-da delish! Next time I might try leaving out the extra cocoa powder or maybe putting a tiny bit less syrup.
Lunch: I had broccoli ginger soup again and sourdough toast with butter.
Midday snack: chia pudding with honey and cinnamon. and a cutie or two
Dinner: leftover tofu & green beans plus some fresh rice. Tasted even better today!
For dessert I will probably have hot chocolate or maybe I will just drink some tea I don't know yet. Probably hot chocolate though. I have the fancy mix Janty made me
