Breakfast: crispy eggs on toast

Lately I've been using Bettina Makalintal (@bettinamak on Twitter)'s method for crispy eggs: https://twitter.com/bettinamak/status/1368949630134853634
Today I cheated a little and just went ahead and flipped the egg at the end bc I didn't put enough oil to baste it nicely over the top and was in the mood for a more-cooked egg. Put it on buttered Harris Teeter sourdough that I toasted in my pan (did you guys know I don't have a toaster?) and topped with Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning.
Midday snack: Nerds gummy clusters

I really like these. I ate a whole bunch around lunchtime because I didn't feel like cooking anything. Now they're all gone.
Lunch: PBJ

Around 2:00 I wanted to work out but felt not very energized so I ate this pbj. It wasn't great. Not enough pb or j. Did the trick, though.
Dinner: Glazed tofu and green beans

Followed this tik tok recipe from Bettina for the tofu. It was good except I think I messed up on the glaze. 1)I didn't have banana ketchup so I just skipped it and 2) I put a lottt of vinegar on accident. The tofu itself was good though especially the tiny crunchy pieces. The green beans I steamed with some shoyu and honey. https://twitter.com/bettinamak/status/1370017223046275077
Dessert: chia pudding

I had some chia pudding, added a dash of cocoa powder and some coconut syrup right before eating. It was so good. I think for breakfast tomorrow I am going to do a similar recipe for my oatmeal. Also today I ate a cutie but I didn't take a pic. These aren't everything Rose ate today posts, just the main stuff
