For breakfast I had an apple with peanut butter except Gus ate the peanut butter so half the apple was just plain. I've never seen him steal peanut butter like that before! He got right on my desk and ate it off my plate. That rude boy. Oh well, I know to be careful now.

For lunch, I had leftover rice and turkey and bok choy.

For lunch dessert, I had fruity pebbles:

So cute, right??? I love fruity pebbles so much.


After-work snack: Babybel

Last week I was really craving Babybel so I bought some this weekend. Good stuff. I think I will eat it for after-swim snack tomorrow.

Dinner: Duck

Dadadada! Duck! Janty made it, using this recipe: https://altonbrown.com/recipes/how-to-cook-whole-duck/ (I found the recipe, though. Googled "how to cook a whole duck")

Sooo good and crispy-skinned. He didn't let it marinate as long as the recipe says to because he had to go to activities. Still tasted delish, though. I really liked the greens, too. Janty thought they were bitter but I didn't think so at all. What a way to start the week!
